What is a cellphone with good applications but doesn’t necessarily need the internet?
I am looking for a phone that has a wide range of applications, a good car and is easy to check, even if you really need to work with the Internet. I hope to buy a new phone, but I really can not afford a data plan w / Internet. What is the best phone with better features, but not necessarily to the Internet to use these applications? I use T-Mobile in the street.

Samsung Behold… great phone… Either that or get a blackberry
I have had good luck with the Samsung Company. Check out YAHOO web about article first. It talks about cell plans and contracts and will save you a fortune.Better to buy your phone outright because if you get a plan for service from the Major Service Providers, they will charge you an arm and a leg or two if you want to change. I belong to at&t and they charge $175 to cancel your contract , YAHOO just had it on their news page yesterday that Verizon is going to double their prices on customers that want to cancel their contracts. I don’t know what they charge but is it fair to double the charges ? I don’t think so. The article went on to say that the other Major Carriers will undoubtedly follow suit. I cant wait to get out of this contract.
