Poll: Which cell phone carrier is the worst?
Earlier in the week, Consumer Reports ranked AT&T as the worst carrier in the nation, citing poor scores in overall service and customer support. I have personal accounts with all four nationwide carriers, and I’ve traveled extensively with all of them. Like the other three, there are places where AT&T works well and places where they don’t. Las Vegas during CES, where 100,000+ tech nerds are carrying iPhone 4s? Forget about it. AT&T in the Charlotte metro area? Works great for me.
